扶桑花提取物的抗早孕作用研究

摘　　要：报道了扶桑花醚溶成分的抗旱孕作用。结果表明 ,( 1)大鼠宫腔内给药和小鼠灌胃给药均显示出扶桑花醚溶物有显著的终止妊娠的作用 ,并使动物的血清生殖邀素不同程度的降低 ;( 2 )明显抑制体外培养的人早期胎盘绒毛组织的生长及HCG和孕酮的分泌 ;( 3)可显著增加离体的非孕子宫的活动能力 ,这种作用可被异丙嗪所阻断 ;( 4 )We reported the anti-early pregnant action by Ether Extract of Hibiscus rosa-sinensis, the results appeared that(1)The extract could obviously terminated early pregnancy either giving the extract to uterus of rats or to mice by oral. And the extract could make the serer reproductive hormones lowered in different degrees. (2)It can inhibit growth of human trophoblast cells in vitro, and secretion of HCG and pregnant. (3)It made the activity of non-pregnancy uterus increasing significantly in vitro and the action could be inhibited by promethazine.(4)The extract was purified, and the purified compound was-Rosasterol, Oxide.
