血清镁离子浓度对原发性高血压及其并发症影响的探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨血清镁离子浓度对原发性高血压及其并发症的影响。方法 :136例原发性高血压患者 ,用比色法测定血清镁离子浓度。结果 :高血压患者血清镁离子 (0 .5 6± 0 .12mmol/L)明显低于正常人 (0 .85± 0 .2 5mmol/L) ,P <0 .0 5。同时提示血清镁离子浓度与高血压严重程度呈负相关。结论 :低镁血症在高血压病的发生。Objective:To investigate the effect of serum Mg 2+ on esstential hypertension and its complication.Methods:136 hypertensive patients,average age 59.2 years,male 77 cases and female 59 cases,were examined the serum Mg 2+ by colorimetric method.Results:The serum Mg 2+ (0.56±0.12mmol/L) was reduced in hypertensive patients(P<0.05).The analysis showed that Mg 2+ correlated negatively to the severity of disease (P<0.05).Conclusions:Hypomagnesemia may be an important cause of the hypertension.
