摘 要:目的 :探讨一氧化氮 (NO)在老年Ⅱ型糖尿病肾病发病过程中的变化规律及其与肾功能的关系。方法 :采用Griess法检测 48例Ⅱ型DM病人血清NO值在水平及与肾功能有关的指标 ,并与 17例正常人进行比较 ,结果 :血清NO值在正常尿蛋白 (DMI)组 (88.86± 9.6 1umol/l)和微量尿蛋白 (DMII)组 (90 .0 0± 17.94umol/l)明显高于对照组 (5 6 .70± 9.5 3umol/l) (P <0 .0 1) ,至临床肾病期血浆NO浓度明显降低 (6 3.2 5± 8.6 4umol/l)(P >0 .0 5 ) ;NO与BUN、BCR呈负相关 ,而与CCR呈正相关。结论 :血清NO水平的动态变化与Ⅱ型DM肾病的发生。Objective:Exploring the relationship between plasma nitric oxide(NO) and renal function in aged patients with 2 type diabetic (2 type DM).Methods:Griess method were used and ciruculating level of NO was measured in 48 with 2 type DM and 17 normal subjects.Results:Plasma NO concentration was significantly higher in DM Ⅰ group (88.86±9.61umol/L)and DM Ⅱ group (90.00±17.94umol/L) than in normal subjects (56.70±9.53umol/L)(P<0.01);There was significant decrease in DM Ⅲ group (63.25±8.64umol/L)(P>0.05).There was significant negative correlation between NO level and BUN,BCR,and a significant positive correlation between NO and CCR.Conclusions:ELevated No level is related to renal injury in 2 type DM.
