局部注射醋酸氢化泼尼松治疗儿童骨的孤立性嗜酸性肉芽肿(附9例报告)

摘　　要：目的 :评价用局部注射醋酸氢化泼尼松治疗儿童骨的孤立性嗜酸性肉芽肿的临床应用。方法 :9例经病理确诊的单发性骨的嗜酸性肉芽肿 ,在透视导向下局部注药 2～ 4次。结果 :全部病例经一次注药后 ,1周内肿块和疼痛消除 ,治疗 6～ 2 0月骨破坏修复如常 ,平均治愈期 15个月 ,随访 1年～ 4年 5月 (平均 3年 1月 )无复发及并发症。结论 :本疗法治疗儿童骨的孤立性嗜酸性肉芽肿具有疗效好、无并发症、简便、费用低的特点。Objective: To evaluate the clinical application of direct injection of prednisoloni acetas in treatment of solitary eosinophilic granuloma(SEG) of bone. Methods: 9 cases with SEG of bone were proved by biopsy. Treatment with direct injection of prednisoloni acetas under fluoroscopic guidance was utilized for 2～4 times. Results: In all patients local pain and soft tissue mass subsided within 1 week after the first time injection. Complete repair of the destructed area of bone was achieved in 6～20 months, the average healing period was 15 months, and no recurrance and complications occurred in 12～53 months for follow-up. Conclusion: This is a nonsurgical method, it is of high curative effect, no complication, easy, saving cost and convenient.
