肘关节复发性脱位一附1例报道并文献综述

摘　　要：目的 :探讨肘关节复发性脱位的发生原因和治疗方法。方法 :采用内、外侧入路同时重建肘关节尺桡侧韧带治疗因慢性肘关节不稳定而致的复发性肘关节脱位 1例 ,并结合病例进行文献综述。结果 :随访 1年 ,肘关节脱位无复发 ,关节重获稳定 ,可参加正常的工作和日常生活。结论 :肘关节侧副韧带是维持肘关节稳定的重要结构 ,如骨关节发育无异常 ,无骨折 ,慢性肘关节不稳定则是复发性脱位的重要原因。采用手术重建肘关节侧副韧带治疗慢性肘关节不稳定效果可靠。Objective:To study the cause and treatment of recurrent dislocation of the elbow.Methods:Reconstructing the radial and ulnar collateral ligaments in one patient with recurrent dislocation of the left elbow joint.Results:After 1 year followed-up,the patient obtained a stable elbow and have recovered normal life.Conclusions:The collateral ligaments are the important element keeping normal stability of elbow,and reconstruction the collateral ligaments will obtain good effect in treatment of recurrent dislocation of the elbow.
