摘  要:目的 :探讨旋毛虫幼虫感染大白鼠后的致病作用及幼虫移行期所致心、脑、肺的病理变化及超微结构的改变。方法 :将 30只大鼠随机分成 5组 ,对照 1组 ,实验 4例 ,每组 6只 ,实验组每只大鼠经口感染旋毛虫幼虫 80 0条 ,于感染后 1 2天、2 4天、38天、55天分别用 1 %戊巴比妥钠腹腔麻醉处死作解剖 ,肉眼观察心、脑、肺的病变 ,然后制成组织切片。结果 :在光镜及透射电镜下观察 ,大鼠经口感染后不同时间心、脑、肺等组织均有不同程度的炎性病变及超微结构改变。并在心肌间质内可见游走幼虫。结论 :心、脑、肺的病理变化最严重 ,超微结构改变明显。心肌炎、脑炎。Pathogenicity and histopathological change caused by migrating larvae of trichinella spiralis were observed in thirtymice infected orally with 800 infective larvae at same time.Light and electron microscopy paid particular attention to the heart,lumgs and brain arter the mice were re-moved on days 12,24,38and 55d post infection.The diarrhea and pulmonary symptoms of the mice were chief in 2 weeks after infection.The numbers of tissur eosinophils and lymphocytes increased,peaked levels during the same time period.Histopathological findings invloved heamorrhage,congestion,exudation,infiltration of white cells,degcneration of cells of which were organs entangled.by Trichinella spiralis larvae in the first month after infection.Encephalitis,myocarditis and inter-stitial hepatitis showed mainly in various organs later and eosinophilic granuloma mainly in lungs.Is the kidney system inflammatory respones was relatively light.
