摘  要:通过对组合内窝孔精密排种器护种和投种过程进行分析 ,探明护种和投种过程中种子的运动规律、机理及其影响因素 ,为系统建立该排种器的设计理论。A new type of vertical plate metering device filling in inside, i.e., precision metering device with concave metering inner cells was developed, authorized by a national patent and manufactured in four factories. The theoretical analysis and experimental research showed that the main influencing factors of seeds varying size and the vertical plate rotating speed are the clearing performance of the device. The moving trajectories, mechanisms and effective factor of seeds were clarified by theoretical analysis of seeds retaining and dropping process. The position and size of dropping hole, discharging pout, retaining inner ring were determined.
