摘  要:分析了高效磨削的发展现状 ,指出制约高效磨削潜力进一步发挥的主要问题是磨削热和由此引起的工件热损伤。提出了解决这个问题的对策 ,即提高砂轮的锋利度以大幅度降低磨削比能 ,减少磨削热的产生 ;强化弧区换热效果 ,以最大限度地疏导已经产生的积聚在弧区的磨削热。具体措施为 :研制高温钎焊单层超硬磨料砂轮以减少磨削热 。The present paper analyses the developing situation of high effective grinding and centers on the choke points of high grinding temperature and burning in the high efficiency grinding. On the basis of the study on the mechanism of heat transfer in the contact zone, two basic countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems and advance further development of the potentiality of high efficiency grinding. One is increasing the sharpness of the grinding wheel so that the specific grinding energy can be decreased to reduce grinding heat as much as possible. The other is intensifying cooling technology of radial jet impingement in the grinding zone to steadily control the temperature of workpiece surface to a low level.
