泰国的农机作业委托以及影响因素分析

摘　　要：基于作者对泰国中部平原农机作业委托市场的实地调查 ,论述了农机作业委托的含义 ,介绍了泰国中部平原地区的农机作业委托概况。在此基础上 ,提取了影响农机作业委托市场的因素 ,并采用 DEMATEL(decision making trial and evaluation laboratory)方法 ,系统地分析了各因素的综合影响指数 。Rural communities in Thailand have so far been affected by severe socio economic factors arising from other sectors including industry whenever they plan to promote agricultural mechanization. As a new type of agricultural machinery work system, the contract hire system (CHS) is likely gaining favorable recognition in term of implementation for efficient use of various type of machinery such as tractors and combine harvesters these days. In this study, we employed the decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) approach to discuss about special institutional structures and factors of the system, which is currently undertaken at Tambon Nong Pla Mor, Amphoe Banpong, Chanwat Ratchaburi. Based on the field survey, twenty factors involved in CHS are identified from the point of view of systems. By DEMATEL, we can obtain the influencing degree of each factor on others as well as the influenced degree of each factor by others and make the development mechanism of CHS very clear. On the basis of comprehensive analysis results, twenty factors were classified into three groups and it was concluded that socio economic environment was the most important factor causing the development of the contract hire system.
