摘　　要：应用透射电镜方法 ,观察了用 4周葡萄糖酸铬对实验性糖尿病小鼠肝细胞超微结构的影响。结果显示 :葡萄糖酸铬对实验性糖尿病小鼠肝细胞形态学损伤有一定的改善作用。through the transmission electron microscopy (TEM)observed the ultra-structure of chromium gluconate effected on the liver cells in the diabetic mice for 4 weeks.The result was chromium gluconate obviously improved the liver cells in the diabetic mice'morphological lesion.
