摘　　要：目的 探讨随意尿标本测定尿白蛋白与肌酐比值（Ａｌｂ／Ｃｒ），对早期糖尿病肾病的诊断价值。方法 测定了６２例糖尿病患者的Ａｌｂ／Ｃｒ，与 ２４小时尿白蛋白（Ａｌｂ／２４ｈ尿）量对比，并对所有患者进行了眼底镜检查。结果 尿Ａｌｂ／Ｃｒ与尿Ａｌｂ／２４ ｈ尿呈极显著相关，且与糖尿病视网膜病变有良好的一致性。结论 尿 Ａｌｂ／Ｃｒ可用于诊断早期糖尿病肾病，具有留取标本方便、诊断确切的优点。Objective To investigate the application of urinary albumin/creatinine ratio in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods The urinary albumin/creatinine ratio of 62 diabetic patients was detected and compared with 24 h urinary al- bumin excretion. The eyeground-scope examination was also carriedout in the patients. Results The urinary albumin/creatinine ratio was positively correlated with 24 h urinary albumin excretion and had a good coincidence with diabetic retinopathy. Conclusion The urinary albumin/creatinine ratio can be used to diagnose early diabetic nephropathy. The collection of the specimen was convenient and the diagnosis was accurate.
