多巴胺致组织损伤早期处理方法的实验研究

摘　　要：为探讨多巴胺外渗所致组织损伤早期的最佳处理方法 ,将 80只小白鼠随机分为 4组 ,即 2 5 %硫酸镁湿敷组、对照组 (生理盐水 )、酚妥拉明注射组、酚妥拉明湿敷组 ,分别于注射多巴胺 ( 2 0 μg/kg)0 .1ml后 1h、 6h、2 4h、48h进行局部组织病理学检查。结果显示 :2 5 %硫酸镁湿敷组及酚妥拉明湿敷组的局部组织病理学改变较轻。提示多巴胺外渗时早期可采取2 5 %硫酸镁或酚妥拉明湿敷。To probe into the best way of early handling with tissue damages induced by Dopamine extravasation, 80 mice were selected and divided into 4 groups randomly. 25% magnesium sulfate wet packing was given to the mice of group 1. Normal saline was given in group 2 as control group. Rigitine injection and wet packing were given respectively as group3 and group 4. Pathologic examine of the local tissue were conducted 1h, 6h, 24h, and 48h after intramuscular injected of 0.1 ml Dopamine (20μg/kg) respectively. Results showed that the pathologic changes of the local tissue in mice of both group1 and group 4 were less than that of control group. Suggested that 25% magnesium sulfate or Rigitine injection wet packing may use as early treatment for Dopamine extravasation.
