摘　　要：目的 :建立龙胆泻肝口服液中栀子苷含量的HPLC测定方法。方法 :采用Nova PakC18柱 ,流动相为甲醇 :水 =2 0 :80 ,在 2 40nm波长处检测。结果 :栀子苷的线性范围为 0 .5 6 9μg～ 1.70 7μg ,r =0 .99998,平均加样回收率为 98.6 7% ,RSD为 1.5 4% (n =6 )。结论 :本方法简便、快速 ,准确 。Objective: To establish a RP HPLC method for determination of geniposide in Longdanxiegan Oral Liquid. Methods: A Nova Pak C 18 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol water(20:80). The detection wavelength was 240nm. Results: The linear range of geniposide was 0.569～1.707μg, r=0.9998. The average recovery was 98.67%, RSD=1.54% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is convenient, rapid and accurate. It can be used for quality control in production of Longdanxiegan Oral Liquid.
