药邪与中草药肾病的防治

摘　　要：当今世界纯天然中草药已广泛应用于临床 ,由于应用不当所导致的肾脏损害 ,医学界称之为中草药肾病 (CHN) ,这种药源性致病因子称之为药邪或药毒。通过对文献资料和药理学、毒理学的分析 ,提出了如何正确、合理应用中草药来提高疗效 ,同时避免其毒副作用的方法。Today the absolutely natural herbal drugs are widely used in the clinic.But inappropriate application of them can result in renal injury,which is clearly called Chinese herb nephropathy.In light of previous literature and the pharmacology and toxicology of herbal drug,this article offers the correct and rational application of herbal drug so as to improve the curative effects and avoid the side effects.
