“关节1号方”治疗膝骨关节炎60例临床观察

摘　　要：为观察“关节 1号方”对膝骨关节炎 (OA)的疗效 ,将 6 0例OA患者以自拟补益肝肾的“关节 1号方”治疗为治疗组 ,并以壮骨关节丸治疗 30例为对照组。结果 :对于膝痛与关节积液 ,治疗组疗效优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5)。To observe the curative effects of “No.1 Arthritis Formula”in treating osteoarthritis(OA),60 cases were treated with“No.1 Arthritis Formula”effective to nourish liver and kidney(treatment group)and another 30 cases were treated with“Bone Strengthening Arthritis Pill”(control group).Results showed that in relief of gonalgia and hydrarthrosis,the effects were better in treatment group than in control group( P <0.05).
