摘　　要：为了评价湖南省常规免疫接种率报告现状、存在问题及其影响因素 ,对市、县、乡、村四级报告单位的执行情况做了调查。结果显示 :县级及县级以上各级报告单位的报表报告情况比较令人满意 ,但报告数据的质量亟待提高 ,主要制约报告系统质量的环节在乡、村级报告单位 ,存在的问题有漏登、漏报和不报等现象。单纯用上级统计年鉴人口数据进行接种率评估方法值得商榷 ,常规免疫监测报告系统工作有待加强。In order to give an evaluation on the present status of reporting of the routine immunization coverage rate,we made a study in 2000 according to the data of 1999 in six cities at city,county,township and village levels to find out the reporting works carried out there The data showed that the report forms worked out by the units at county level and above were satisfactory,but those at township and village levels exposed the problems of failure in registering,reporting or even zero reporting The reporting rate evaluation method purely using the population date on statistic yearbook issued by the higher level is worth to be discussed The surveillance reporting system on routine immunization shoud be enhanced in respects of administration and supervision,sense of responsibility and an improved unblocked managerial system
