摘 要:目的 研究南川鹭鸶草DiurantherainarticulataWangetK .Y .Lang根部的化学成分。方法 用硅胶柱色谱等方法分离纯化 ,波谱分析和TLC对照鉴定结构 ,按微生物学常规实验方法进行抗菌活性测试。结果 从其根部的甲醇提取物中分离得到 10个化合物 ,其中 9个分别鉴定为 :大叶吊兰苷A(III) ,鹭鸶草苷A(IV) ,鹭鸶草苷B(V) ,鹭鸶草苷F(VI) ,鹭鸶草苷G(VII) ,2α ,3α ,19α 三羟基乌苏 12 烯 2 8 酸 (VIII) ,3 ,6 ,7,3′,4′ 五甲氧基黄酮 (IX) ,芰皂配基(X)和胡萝卜苷 (XI)。抗菌活性实验表明III -VI对白色假丝酵母 (Candidaalbicans)的生长有抑制作用 ,III,IV和VI对丝状真菌黑曲霉 (Aspergillusniger)的生长有抑制作用。结论 上述化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到 。AIM To investigate the chemical constituents from the roots of Diuranthera inarticulata Wang et K.Y.Lang. METHODS The compounds were isolated with silica gel column chromatography and their structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and TLC with authentic samples. RESULTS From the methanolic extracts of the roots of Diuranthera inarticulata , ten compounds were obtained and nine of them were identified as chloromaloside A (III), diuranthoside A (IV), diuranthoside B (V), diuranthoside F (VI), diuranthoside G(VII), 2α,3α,19α trihydroxy urs 12 en 28 oic acid (VIII), 3,6,7,3′,4′ pentamethoxy flavone (IX), gitogenin (X) and daucosterol (XI). III-VI showed inhibition of growth with the yeast, Candida albicans . III, IV and VI also showed inhibition of growth with fungus, Aspergillus niger , in the test of antibacterial activity. CONCLUSION All of these compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Among them, VI and VII are new steroidal saponins.
