康宁胶囊联合谷胱甘肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察康宁胶囊联合谷胱甘肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效 .方法　对照组 79例用谷胱甘肽治疗 ,治疗组 93例用谷胱甘肽加用康宁胶囊治疗 ,通过肝功能指标及纤维化指标评价疗效 .结果　经 4～ 8周治疗后 ,治疗组及对照组肝功能指标及纤维化指标均有明显改善 ,但在部分指标上 ,治疗组优于对照组 .Objective To observe effects of Kang Ning capsule in combination with glutathione in treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods 93 patients with chronic hepatitis B were treated with Kang Ning capsule and glutathione. As control group, 79 patients were treated with glutathione . The curative effect was evaluated according to the liver functions and fibrosis indices.Results By 4-8 weeks of treatment, the liver functions and fibrosis indices had obvious improvement in treatment group and control group. But in some indices ,the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusions Kang Ning capsule in combination with glutathione have better effects in treatment of chronic hepatitis B.
