摘　　要：分析广西卫生部门 32 6家县及县以上医疗机构的人事编制现状 ,其综合医院床位与职工的比值、床位与各类人员的比值 (除工勤管理人员外 )均低于全国平均水平 ,床位与职工的比值与《部颁标准》相近 ,床位与医生的比值高于《部颁标准》,床位与护士、医技、工勤管理人员的比值低于《部颁标准》。不同规模、不同级别、不同驻地、不同分类区域的综合医院床位与职工的比值均无倾向性趋势。床位与职工的比值最高的是妇幼保健院 ,最低的为专科医院。规模越大、级别越高、区域分类越好的地区医院其工作效率越高 ,但应与全国平均水平相比 ,普遍较低。建议在今后一定时期内 ,广西各区域的卫生资源 ,特别是卫生人力和床位数仍可给以适度的发展 ,但应适当放慢医生的发展速度 。We analyzed authorized size of health staff in 326 general hospitals at county level and above in Guangxi. The results showed that ratio of bed to personnel and ratios of bed to all kinds of personnel (except of logistics staff) were lower than the national average level. The ratio of bed to personnel was similar to the standard issued by Ministry of Health, but the ratio of bed to doctor was higher than the standard issued by Ministry of Health. The ratios of bed to nurse, bed to technical staff, bed to administrative staff were lower than the standards issued by Ministry of Health. The ratios of bed to personnel in different scales, different ranks, different places, different classified regions had no tendentious trend. The ratio of bed to personnel was the highest in maternal and children hospitals, and the ratio in specialized hospitals was the lowest. The bigger scale, or the higher level, or the better status of classified region, the higher work efficiencies were. Generally, compared with national average level, it was relatively lower. Based on this survey, health resources in Guangxi, especially health manpower and number of bed still need appropriate development. However, the developmental speed of doctor should be slowed down and developmental speed of nurse and other technical personnel should be accelerated appropriately.
