摘　　要：根据我国医疗服务市场的定位,分析特需医疗服务的基本特点、特需医疗服务的形式与功能以及特需医疗服务的运行机制与管理运作,为建立和健全我国特需医疗服务体系作了初步的理论探索。According to the market orientation of medical services in China, this article analyzed the basic features, forms, functions; operation system and management mechanism of the special medical services, and carried out a primary theoretical discussion on the establishing and improving special medical services in China.
