摘　　要：目的　探讨降纤酶治疗急性无 Q波心肌梗死 ( NQMI)的临床疗效及安全性。　方法　 2 4例NQMI患者在常规治疗基础上应用降纤酶 1 0 u加 0 .9%氯化钠 1 0 0 ml静滴 ,1 h内滴完 ,每天 1次 ,连用 3天 ;监测心肌酶、血脂、血液流变学、心电图及胸痛、梗死后心绞痛等临床情况。　结果　降纤酶能显著提前 CK-MB峰值时间和 ∑ ST回升时间 ,明显缓解胸痛和降低梗死后心绞痛发生率及血脂、血液流变学各项指标 ,临床疗效和监测指标均有显著性或非常显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 5 ,或 P <0 .0 1 )。　结论　降纤酶治疗 NQMI疗效确切 ,副作用小 。Objective To study the clinical effect and security of defibrase no Acute Non Q Wave Myocdraial Infarction(NQMI) Methods 24 Cases with NQMI all patients received cure conventional and defibrase 10u in 0 9% natrii chloridi 100ml intraveinous drip 1h qd×3d,differernces indexes of serum lipids Hemorheology and myo cardial Serum test Electrocardiography and Angina Pectoris on after deferminde Rrsults ∑ST and CK MB by the hour forward Chest Pain alleviate,Infarction after Angina Pectoris Pet Cent rateis Side decreased differernees indexes of serum Lipids and hernorheolgy Were obvious or very obrious (p< 0 05 or P<0 01) Conclusion The effect of Defibrase this way treating NQMI was safe and has little side effects
