摘　　要：目的　观察推拿配合整脊治疗脊柱紊乱性心胸痛的临床效果。方法　治疗组采用推拿手法配合胸椎整脊法复位 ,对照组采用传统推拿手法。结果　治疗组有效率 95 .5 % ,对照组有效率 76.1 % ,2组比较有显著性差异 ,P <0 .0 5。OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of massage combined with vertebra restoration method in the treatment of cardio-thoracic pain due to derangement of the spine. METHOD The patients in the treatment group were treated with massage and the vertebra restoration method, compared with the control group treated with traditional massage method. RESULT The effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 95.5% and 76.1% respectively, with great difference. CONCLUSION Massage combined with the vertebra restoration method is more effective than the simple massage method in the treatment of cardio-thoracic pain due to derangement of the spine.
