摘　　要：目的　研究维司力农结构改造物 FPA对心肌收缩力和心率的作用 ;观察药物作用的影响因素。方法　L angendorff法灌流豚鼠离体心脏。结果　 FPA使心肌收缩力增加 ,对心率影响不大 ,FPA可能具抗心律失常作用 ;重复给药或二甲亚砜的使用使 FPA强心作用下降。结论　Objective To determine the effect of the vesnarinone derivative FPA on the contractibility of guinea pig heart and observe the interferential factors during the experiments.Methods Using Langendorff mode.Results It was shown that FPA increases the heart contractive activity while it does not influence heart rate.FPA probably possesses antiarrhythmic action.Repeated use of FPA or DMSO depresses the positive inotropic effect of FPA.Conclusion FPA has significant positive inotropic effect.
