摘　　要：以国外大石油石化公司的结构调整为借鉴 ,通过对中国石化集团化工化纤结构性问题的分析 ,从业务、技术、产品、原料和布局等几个方面提出了石化集团化工化纤结构调整的措施建议 。In the light of the structural readjustment in large foreign petroleum and petrochemical firms, and based on the analysis of the structural problems concerning SINOPEC's chemical and chemical fiber industry, measures and suggestions in relation to SINOPEC's structural readjustment for chemical and chemical fiber industry are made in the respects of business, technology, products,raw materials and distribution. They are meant for references of departments involved.
