摘　　要：依靠人工巡井测电流、压力、进行示功图测试而获取的抽油井工况信息远未达到连续实时 ,必将使管理措施滞后甚至失误。抽油井工况巡检系统将传感器安装在计量站内的配电柜中 ,直接测量电信号 ,不受人为干扰 ,可连续实时地显示抽油井从电机、抽油机、泵到供液情况的较全面的工况信息。该技术已在中原油田采油一厂七号计量站获得成功应用。What measuring electric current,pressure,dynamometer to gain the working status information by man's patrol inspection not being real-time and continuous,makes the managing measure to be behing even to be wrong.It is cyclic detection system for pump well's working condition that detects electric signal directly by the transducer which is installed in panel box,that is not interrupted by man,displays all the pump well's status information which is from motor,pumping unit,pump to fluid-supply continuously and real-time.This technique has made a successful application at No.7 metering station of first production factory in Zhongyuan oifield.
