摘　　要：介绍了齐鲁乙烯装置DA101塔存在的主要问题及技术改造措施。通过采用散堆填料、分布填料和抗堵塞液体分布器技术进行技术改造,解决了长期困扰该装置的堵塞难题,汽油干点降低到205℃左右,急冷油粘度达到500mm^2/s以下,生产能力增加了 10％,并且实现了长周期安全运转,取得了巨大的经济效益。本改造措施对国内同类装置有借鉴作用。The existing problems and technical innovation measures of DA101 tower in Qilu ethylene plant are introduced in the article. Bulk packing, distributed packing and antiblock liquid distributor are used in the technical innovation, solving the problem of blocking which puzzled the plant in a long time, lowering the dry point of gasoline to 205℃ and the viscosity of quenching oil to below 500mm2/s, creasing the production capacity by 10% .realizing the goal of operation long and safely, obtaining great economical benefits. The measure provides reference for other similar plant at home.
