摘 要:用分步氧化 -还原法将润滑油基础油中的硫化合物分离成硫醚和噻吩 ,用两步络合法将基础油中的氮化合物分离成碱性氮和非碱性氮。采用差热分析方法考察了上述分离出的各类杂原子化合物对饱和烃氧化性能的影响。提出了用热流梯度表示杂原子化合物对饱和烃氧化的抑制或促进作用的强弱。结果表明 ,在差热分析条件下 ,除噻吩外 ,氮化合物和硫醚均使饱和烃的初始氧化温度降低。从热流梯度来看 ,碱性氮促进饱和烃氧化的能力强于非碱性氮 ,硫醚能抑制饱和烃的氧化 ,噻吩基本上没有抑制作用。亚砜和砜是硫化合物起抑制作用的中间体 ,当它们在饱和烃中的含量达 2 0 0 0 μg/g时 ,对饱和烃氧化有很好的抑制作用。当硫、氮化合物共存时 ,在所考察的硫、氮含量范围内 ,非碱性氮的含量变化对饱和烃氧化性能的影响最为显著 ,硫醚次之 。Based on oxidation reduction reaction and silica gel separation, a method was used for the isolation of sulfur compounds from lube base oil into sulfides and thiophene And a two step complex method was also used for isolating nitrogen compounds into basic and non basic nitrogen compounds Differential scanning colorimeter (DSC) results indicated that under experimental conditions, nitrogen compounds and sulfides, except thiophene, could decrease the oxidation onset temperature of saturates, the above action of non basic nitrogen is greater than that of basic nitrogen compounds Heat flow gradient data showed that the accelerating oxidation ability of basic nitrogen was greater than that of non basic nitrogen compounds Thiophene did not inhibit oxidation of saturates Sulfone and sulfoxide show good ability of inhibiting oxidation of saturates when their contents in saturates approach 2000 μg/g If sulfur compounds and nitrogen compounds coexisted, their influence on saturates oxidation was found in the order that the effect of non basic nitrogen compounds is the greatest, sulfide the second, and the basic nitrogen compounds and thiophene the weakest
