摘 要:由于电泵大泵强采 ,生产压差增大 ,胜利油区现河庄油田和王家岗油田沙一、二段低压疏松油层和稠油层出砂井和酸化后出砂井逐年大幅度增加。这些出砂井污染后的解堵造成更为严重的出砂。为此 ,研制了以树脂、阳离子聚合物、硫脲为主要原料 ,再与酸液复配制得的BHS -A酸化防砂液。室内实验表明 ,其溶蚀率大于 6% ,出砂量小于 0 .0 5g/L。现场试验 17井次 ,累计增油 10 5 5 4t。Because of enhanced recovery by electric pump or large?capacity pump and increment of producing pressure drop, the sand producers are increased by a wide margin year by year in Es 1 and Es 2 low pressure unconsolidated oil?bearing formations and heavy crude formations of Xianhezhuang and Wangjiagang oilfields in Shengli petroliferous province. Plugging removal after sand producers is contaminated results in more serious sand production, so BHS?A acidizing sand control fluid is developed. The resin, cationic polymer and thiourea are the main raw materials, which is re?combined with acidizing fluid. Laboratory experiments show that corrosion ratio is more than 6% and sand production rate is less than 0.05g/L. Field experiment is 17 well times with 10554t of cumulative incremental oil production.
