摘  要:注蒸汽采油时 ,蒸汽凝析液的强碱性会对油层造成较大的伤害。初步探讨了高温条件下蒸汽凝析液对地层的伤害机理。通过室内研究 ,筛选出JJ- 8和JJ - 9降碱剂 ,并对其注入工艺及腐蚀性进行了研究和测试。室内研究表明 ,JJ- 8和JJ- 9降碱剂可有效降低蒸汽凝析液的碱度 ,减轻蒸汽凝析液对地层的伤害程度 ,提高注汽效率。降碱剂在单Strong alkalinity of steam?condensed liquid will damage formation largely by steam?assisted recovery. The damage mechanism of the steam?condensed liquid to the formation at high temperature is discussed preliminarily. JJ?8 and JJ?9 alkalinity?reducing agent are screened by laboratory study, and its injection technique and corrosivity are studied and tested. Laboratory research shows that the JJ?8 and JJ?9 agent can reduce the alkalinity of the liquid and degree of formation damage made by the liquid, and raise steam injection efficiency. The application of the agent on super heavy crude oil block in the east of Shan 6 achieved good effect.
