摘  要:研究了辽河稠油的水热裂解反应及影响因素 ,结果表明 :在所选定的条件下 ,经水热裂解反应后 ,稠油组成中的饱和烃、芳香烃含量增加 ,胶质、沥青质含量减少 ,粘度下降 80 %以上 .在辽河油田 2口井的现场实验表明 :生产 1个月后 ,2口井共增油 977.9t,原油粘度下降超过 5 0 % 。A new technology for the recovery of heavy oil with aquathermolysis method is introduced in this paper. The influence factors for Liaohe heavy oil aquathermolysis are studied in detail. The laboratory experiment results show that when, under the reaction conditions, the content of saturate and aromatic hydrocarbon increases, resin and aspaltene decrease. After reaction, the viscosity of oils decrease by 80%. The effect of types of catalyst and reservoir mineral on the aquathermolysis are also studied. Based on the results obtained from laboratory, we have conducted the field experiment in 2 wells in Liaohe oilfields. The field results show that, after treatment, the production increased by 977 tons, and the viscosity reduced by more than 50% 30 days later. The results provide the basis data for recovery heavy oils by in\|situ catalytic method in production heavy oil in oilfields.
