摘　　要：西气东输工程是我国西部大开发的序幕性工程为了做好可研工作采用了设计联合体的项目组织型式和国际上通用的项目管理模式为保证水平和质量进行了深入的调查研究和广泛的专家咨询采用了高压输气技术内涂层技术高等级材质和先进的自控系统等新技术并在市场波动规律研究管道系统可靠性研究等方面与以往输气管道可研相比有所突破s West-to-East Gas Pipeline project is the prologue of theWest China intensive development program. To fulfill the FS, used the project organization mode of engineering association and theinternational practiced mode of project management. To ensure thestandard and quality, carried out the detail investigation and wide expert consulting, adopted high transmission pressure, inside coating, highgrade steel material and advanced automatic control system. There are breakthrough aspects in comparison with the past gas pipeline FS, such as the survey of the market waving tendency, the survey of thereliability of the pipeline system. 6
