摘　　要：本文较详细地介绍了合成甲基磺酸的 3种方法及其试验结果 ,并进而讨论了用甲基磺酸作催化剂合成丙烯酸丁酯的优越性 ,用序贯试验设计的方法确定了较佳试验条件是真空度为 0 0 6 35MPa ,温度为 1 0 2 5℃ ,丙烯酸与丁醇的摩尔比为 1∶1Three methods of preparing methane sulfonic acid and the experimental results were investigated. The advantage of synthesis method using methane sulfonic acid as catalyst were disucssed. According to the experimental results,optimum operating condition was obtained.
