摘  要:研究了自行研制的远红外细旦丙纶的远红外发射性能、远红外发射率的耐洗涤性能、抗菌性能、力学性能、结晶性能,讨论了远红外微粉的品种、含量与远红外发射率及纤维力学性能之间的关系。结果表明:随着远红外微粉含量的增加,远红外发射率逐渐增加而力学性能有所下降,远红外发射率的耐洗涤性能优良,抗菌性能良好,同时也发现远红外丙纶POY与UTY晶型结构不同。In this paper, the far-infrared emission rate, wash durability for emission rate, antibacterial property, mechanical property and crystal property of fine far-infrared polypropylene filaments were investigated. The relationship between far-infrared particles types, content and far-infrared emission rate, mechanical property was also discussed. The results showed that with the increase of far-infrared particles content, the emission rate went up while the mechanical property went down.The wash durability for emission rate and the antibacterial property of the fiber are good. Meanwhile, the crystal form of POY is different from that of DTY.
