新型无磷洗涤剂助剂层状二硅酸钠的合成与性质研究

摘　　要：对新型无磷洗涤剂助剂层状二硅酸钠的合成规律、基本性质 (钙交换容量、pH值 )、稳定性进行了研究。实验证明 ,δ相层状二硅酸钠的适宜合成条件是 ,工业水玻璃模数为 2 (Si/Na =1 ) ,恒温温度 70 0℃、恒温时间 30min～ 6 0min。实验合成了能够在 1 0 0℃蒸馏水中保持晶体结构稳定 30min的δ相层状二硅酸钠 (SKS 6 )样品。The preparation rules,properties(for example,Ca 2+ ion exchange volume;pH value),as well as satbility in distilled water of new nonphosphate detergent builder-layered sodium disilicate were studed.In present experiments,the suitable conditions for preparing δ layered sodium disilicate are that Si/Na is 1(in water glass);calcinated temperature is 700?℃ ;time of constant temperature is 30～60 minutes.It is proved that the sample in our experiment can keep as δ layered sodium disilicate in hot distilled water( 100?℃ )within 30 minutes.
