利用硼泥生产轻质碳酸镁的工业化研究

摘　　要：对利用硼泥生产轻质碳酸镁课题进行工业化研究。本实验采用硼泥 -碳酸法生产工艺。将含水 3 0 %左右的硼泥预处理后 ,进行消化、碳化反应 ,过滤、热解和压滤步骤后 ,得含水 70 %左右的半成品。在 1 50℃以下进行干燥可得符合国标优级轻质碳酸镁。将其进一步在 80 0℃下干燥、煅烧 ,可得轻质氧化镁。镁总收率为 65%。实验证明 ,用目前硼砂生产的成套设备稍加改造 ,即可满足硼泥提镁要求。Industrialization of producing light magnesium carbonate from boron mud was studied. using boron mud-carbonic acid technology in this experience, After boron mud containing 30 % water was pretreated, digestion reaction and acieration reaction were gone on. after filtration, pyrolyzation and compression, semi-finished products contanting 70 % water were gained. Then light magnesium carbonate was gained by drying and roasting at 150 ℃. After drying and roasting at 800 ℃ again, light magnesium oxide was gained. total yield of magnesium reached to 65 %.
