摘　　要：由于IP业务和网络在全球的迅猛发展，对网络进行综合管理已经成为网络管理领域的新问题。针对这一趋势，文章论述了综合网络管理问题的由来和其中的主要问题。然后针对网元层和网络层的综合网络管理讨论了两种常见的解决思路，并对它们的优缺点进行了比较和评价。With the global dramatic development of network, the unified network management has become a new issue in the network management field． The emerging of unified network management and the main issues of it are expounded in this paper． In connection with the unified network management of element management layer and network management layer, two main solutions are discussed with the focus on the comparison of their advantages and shortcomings．
