摘  要:目的 探讨新生大鼠延髓脑片上吸气神经元的类别及相应的分布情况。方法 制作新生大鼠离体延髓脑片,以舌下神经根放电活动作为呼吸活动的指标,同步记录吸气神经元单位的放电活动,并对照舌下神经放电的时相关系进行分类。结果 在延髓腹外侧区,共记录到吸气神经元245个,根据它们的放电特征可分为前吸气神经元、早吸气和晚吸气神经元3种亚型;它们在面神经核尾端和侧网状核之间沿疑核呈混杂分布,各亚型之间无明显的分布优势。结论 新生大鼠延髓脑片上存在多种具有不同放电形式的吸气神经元,它们在延髓内呈混杂分布,其中前吸气神经元总是在舌下神经吸气性放电之前发放并持续到吸气活动结束,可能在基本呼吸节律发生中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the classification and distribution of inspiratory neurons in the brainstem slices prepared from neonatal rat. Methods Simultaneous recording of the hypoglossal nerve activity and the respiratoryrelated neuronal discharge were performed on the brainstem slice in vitro. The inspiratory neurons were classified in accordance with the temporal relationship between the hypoglossal nerve and inspiratory neuronal activity. Results In the present study, a total of 245 inspiratory neurons were identified and further divided into 3 subtypes, pre-inspiratory neurons, early inspiratory neurons and late inspiratory neurons, based on their firing patterns. They were intermingled along the nucleus ambigous from the caudal part of the facial nucleus to the lateral reticular nucleus and no significant difference was found in the distribution between these subtypes of the inspiratory neurons. Conclusion There were multiple subtypes of inspiratory neurons with different discharge patterns in the brainstem slices from neonatal rats and they were intermingled in the medulla. The pre-inspiratory neurons, which firing before the onset of the hypoglossal inspiratory discharge and cease abruptly with the termination of the inspiratory activity, may be involved in the primary respiratory rhythmogenesis.
