摘　　要：目的 研究大网膜脂肪组织中消脂素和消脂素受体基因的表达及其在肥胖和胰岛素抵抗发病机制中的作用。方法选择肥胖合并高胰岛素血症患者（BMI≥30 kg/m2），空腹血浆胰岛素(20 μIU/ml)和正常人（BMI<25 kg/m2）各10例，用半定量RT-PCR方法研究肥胖合并高胰岛素血症患者和正常人大网膜脂肪组织中消脂素和消脂素受体基因的表达。结果 实验组中消脂素 和消脂素受体mRNA水平显著高于正常对照组（P<0.01）。结论 肥胖患者体内可能存在消脂素抵抗。Objective To study the role of leptin and leptin receptor gene in the pathogenesis of obesity and insulin resistance. Methods Omental adipose tissues were obtained in 10 obese patients with hyperinsulinemia (BMI≥330 kg/m2, fasting blood insulin level>20 mIU/ml) and 10 normal individuals (BMI<25 kg/m2), and semi-quantitative RT-PCR was performed to compare leptin and leptin receptor gene expressions in the omental adipose tissue of the patients and in normal individuals. Results In the omental adipose tissue, both leptin and leptin receptor mRNA levels are higher in obese patients than in normal subjects (P<0.01). Conclusion Leptin resistance may exist in obese patients.
