摘　　要：目的　探讨开展内镜下甲状腺、甲状旁腺切除手术的意义。方法　查阅国外有关内镜下甲状腺、甲状旁腺切除手术的文献并加以综述。结果　甲状腺、甲状旁腺切除手术可以完全在内镜下或者以内镜作为辅助手段来完成。结论　内镜下甲状腺、甲状旁腺切除手术颈部不残留手术瘢痕 ,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To search for the significance of endoscopic thyroidectomy and parathyroidectomy. Methods Literatures about endoscopic thyroidectomy and parathyroidectomy were collected and reviewed. Results Thyroidectomy and parathyroidectomy may be performed with endoscope or with the help of endoscope. Conclusion By endoscopic thyroidectomy and parathyroidectomy, the patients are lightly injured without scar in the neck. The quality of life is improved.
