颅脑外伤性视神经损伤临床分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨颅脑外伤性视神经损伤的诊断、治疗方法。方法　 2 3例颅脑外伤性视神经损伤患者中 6例进行视神经管减压手术 ,17例行非手术保守治疗。结果　手术治疗 6例中术后视力明显恢复 5例 ,最好的视力达 1 0以上 ,1例无光感。非手术治疗 17例中 11例视力 0 5～ 1 0 ,6例无光感。结论　对颅脑外伤性视神经损伤的诊断、治疗 ,神经外科医生应有足够的重视 ,争取早期诊断 ,及时治疗。Objective To study the method of diagnosis and treatment of optic nerve injury caused by head injury.Methods Among 23 head injuried patients,6 cases treated with decompression of optic nerve canal,17 cases with conservative treatment.Results 6 cases were operated in which 5 cases eyesight had a good recovery,best visual acuity over 1.0,1 case no light perception.17 cases conservative treated in which 11 cases visual acuity kept 0.5～1.0,6 cases no light perception.Conclusions Neurosurgeon should pay sufficient attention to the diagnosis and treatment of optic nerve injury caused by head injury,strive for diagnosing early and treatment on time.Patients had operation indication should be treated with decompression of optic nerve canal on time.
