摘　　要：The gene library of Parocneria orienta nuclear polyhedrovirus(PaorNPV)was partly constructed by cloing some fragments of BamH I and EcoR I of PaorNPV genomic DNA into pGEM3Z(f-)as a vector.Using the chitinase gene of HearSNPV probed with[α- 32 P]dCTP,the chitinase gene of PaorNPV was localized on the fragments of BamH I-D,EcoR I-A,Hind Ⅲ-A,Pst I-D and Xho I-G/H respectively.At the same time,the fragment of BamH I-D containing the chiA has been cloned.The gene library of Parocneria orienta nuclear polyhedrovirus(PaorNPV)was partly constructed by cloing some fragments of BamH I and EcoR I of PaorNPV genomic DNA into pGEM3Z(f-)as a vector.Using the chitinase gene of HearSNPV probed with[α- 32 P]dCTP,the chitinase gene of PaorNPV was localized on the fragments of BamH I-D,EcoR I-A,Hind Ⅲ-A,Pst I-D and Xho I-G/H respectively.At the same time,the fragment of BamH I-D containing the chiA has been cloned.
