摘 要:自从1941年发现农药六六六的杀虫效力以后,六六六广泛地应用于农业、林业等方面。陆地使用后的六六六残留物绝大部分由河流和大气携带进入海洋。由于六六六的化学结构稳定,残毒大,造成了海洋环境的污染,并通过海洋食物链,由鱼、贝类进入人体,对人类造成危害。The paper analyzes the distribution characteristics of 666 in seawater and its relationship with the accumulation of 666 in the benthic organism in the Nearshore of East Guangdong Province. The result shows that the concentration of 666 in the seawater is higher in the west part than in the east part and decreases gradually from inshore to offshore. During flood period, the distribution of 666 was evidently affected by run-off of he Pearl River. The concentrations of 666 in the area with lower than 30‰ salinity are almost all higher than 0.10 μg/l. And the samples of all sorts of benthic organisms with higher content of 666 always appear in the area where the 666 in the seawater is also higher. Regression and correlativity analysis show that the relation of 666 concentration in the water to that in benthic organisms and to environmental factors are as follows:i. The dilution, diffusion and movement of 666 were evidently affected by water movement.ii. The accumulation of 666 in the benthic organism has a close relation with the concentration of 666 in the water.
