摘　　要：资本项目下的货币可自由兑换是我国对外发展的必然趋势。目前开放B股市场正是为资本项目的开放作试点 ,也是B股市场摆脱自身困境的需要 ,并最终有利于实现A、B股的合并。Opening Capital Account is the inevitable trend in China. The opening of the B-share market is the trial before opening Capital Account, and the necessity of breaking away from its difficult position. The final end is joining A-share and B-share together.
