摘　　要：提出了计算机软件质量和软件质量保证问题的重要性．深入分析了影响软件质量的因素．提出要研究创造软件复用技术、新的开发技术、容错技术、开发工具，实行全过程检验和全面管理等方法，以解决软件质量保证问题。The paper states the importance of computer software quality and software quality assurance, thoroughly ana-lyzes the factors which influence the software quality. It states that in order to solve the issues of software quality as-surance, it is necessary to focus on research and creation of re-usable software technology, fault tolerance technology, new development technology and development tools, as well as implementing the methodologies for inspecting the whole developing process and integrated management.
