摘  要:讨论了聚砜中空纤维复合膜在富氧过程中操作条件对膜固有特性的影响 .值得关注的是操作压力和进气比对膜的分离性质α (分离系数 )影响较特殊 .实验确定了内压膜和外压膜组件的最佳操作条件 ,对富氧过程中出现的浓差极化现象进行了分析 ,认为气体分离同反渗透和超滤过程一样存在着浓差极化 ,且外压膜较内压膜更为明显 .The influence of operating technology condition on innate character of membrance in the process of polysulfones hollow fiber composite membrances for oxygen enrichment has been studied.It is worthy the notice of the effect of operating pressure and entering gas ratio on separation character of membrance.The best operating conditions for inside and outside pressure membrance module has been determined. The phenomenon of concentration polarization in oxygen enrichment has also been discussed and considered.There exists the same phenomenon as in RO and UF and the outside pressure membrance is more evident than the inside one.
