摘  要:研究在 5 5~ 6 0℃下 ,将酸焦油与甲醛缩合 ,反应 2 .5~ 6h ,用苛性钠溶液中和 ,使pH值达 9~ 11,并加入少量柠檬酸和FDN改性 ,可制取高效减水剂。当该减水剂推荐用量为 0 .8%时 ,减水率可达 2 0 %以上 ,初凝时间在 6 .5h以上。In this study, the high efficiency water reducing agent is produced by polymerizing condensation of coal tar acid with formaldehyde in temperature 55~60℃ for 2.5~6 hours. Then, alkali solution is added to end the reaction by adjusting pH to 9~11. At last, a small proportion of citric acid and α methylnaphthalene (FDN) is added to modify the properties such as the initial set time and water reducing ratio of the product obtained. The water reducing ratio is more than 20% while the initial set time is over 6.5 hours as the proportion of the water reducing agent to cement is suggested to be at 0.8%.
