葛根素注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛32例

摘　　要：目的 :观察葛根素注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及对血液流变性的影响。方法 :57例冠心病心绞痛患者 ,随机分为治疗组 32例 ,对照组 2 5例。治疗组给予葛根素注射液加西药常规治疗 ,对照组仅予西药常规治疗。观察治疗前后心绞痛、心电图疗效及血液流变性变化。结果 :治疗组心绞痛、心电图疗效及血液流变性的改善显著优于对照组。结论 :葛根素注射液能有效缓解心绞痛临床症状 ,改善血液流变性。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Puerarin Injection on angina pectoris and hemorrheologic indexes.Methods:57 cases of angina pectoris were administered with Puerarin Injection combined with western conventional medicine,while the control group only western conventional medicine.The changes of angina pectoris,electrocardiogram and hemorrheologic indexes were observed before and after treatment.Result:The effects on angina pectoris,electrocardiogram and the improvement of hemorrheologic indexes in treatment group were much better than those in control group.Conclusion:Puerarin Injection can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of angina pectoris,and improve the hemorrheologic indexes.
