摘 要:目的 :探讨心肌尔康冲剂对阿霉素 (ADM )致中毒性心肌炎小鼠心肌酶 (AST、LDH、CK)和丙二醛 (MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性的影响。方法 :采用阿霉素致中毒性心肌炎小鼠模型 ,观察心肌尔康冲剂对血清心肌酶和心肌组织中MDA含量、SOD活性的影响。结果 :心肌尔康能够明显降低中毒性心肌炎小鼠血清中AST、LDH和CK活性 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,能够明显降低心肌组织中MDA含量和增强SOD活性 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论 :心肌尔康口服液对中毒性心肌炎具有保护作用 ,这种保护作用可能与其降低血清心肌酶活性、降低心肌组织中MDA含量和增强SOD活性有关。Objective:To observe the influences of Xinji Erkang granule on the activities of serum myocardium enzyme(AST,LDH and CK),superoxid dismutase and the content of malonyldialdehyde(MDA) in mice with adriamycin(ADM)-induced toxic myocarditis.Method:The model of toxic myocarditis induced by adriamycin in mice was established to study the protective effect of Xinji Erkang granule.The activities of serum myocardium enzyme(AST,LDH and CK),the content of tissue MDA and superoxid dismutase(SOD) were measured.Result:Xinji Erkang granule 20,10,and 5 g/kg ip could decline significantly the activities of serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and creatine kinase(CK)(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Xinji Erkang granule can antagonize the experimental toxic myocarditis effectively.The protective effect may be related to decreasing myocardium enzyme activities in serum,decreasing MDA content while increasing SOD content in myocardium tissue.
