摘　　要：介绍在 Windows95下使用 Borland C++Builder开发 PC机与智能仪表的串行通信程序 ,着重讨论了编程中几个主要函数的用法 。C++ builder was used to write serial communication programs between intellectual instruments and PC.The main functions and methods of increasing reliability of communication in a Windows 95 environment were introduced.
