人体胆囊结石超微结构的观察研究

摘　　要：用高真空喷金处理 31例不同类型的人体胆囊结石 ,然后在扫描电子显微镜下观察他们的超微结构。 31例人体胆囊结石主要由条状或块状的胆固醇晶体组成。这些胆固醇晶体排列成放射状、层状、条索状和无规律的交错排列。胆固醇晶体之间常见一些不规则的空隙。有的胆石在胆固醇晶体之间夹杂由少量呈类球颗粒组成的絮状团块的胆红素结晶。说明The gallstones of thirty one cases were dealt with the high vacuum gold jetting, and were observed under scanning electron microscope for their micro structures. The gallstones of 31 cases are mainly composed of cholesterol crystals in both bar and block form. These gallstones arrange in radiation,lamella,bar and irregularity. Some irregular voids were found between cholesterol crystals. In some gallstones, there are some flocculate bilirubin crystals which consist of few global grains between cholesterol crystals. It is revealed that the gallstones of 31 cases belong to cholesterol gallstone.
